W. Earl Monroe, D.M.D, is a founding Partner and Secretary/Treasurer of Aull & Monroe as well as a Senior Portfolio Manager. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama, with a double major in chemistry and mathematics. After graduating from the University of Alabama Dental School, Dr. Monroe completed a two-year residency program in Endodontics, a dental specialty whose practitioners perform root-canal therapy.
Earl experienced a life-changing event that led him to change careers at an early age. Using this personal experience and his dedication to working with clients to achieve their goals makes him a valuable asset to our clients today.
He served two years in the United States Army and then moved to Mobile to open his own practice. After an illness in 1985 made continuation of his practice impossible, Dr. Monroe enrolled at the University of South Alabama where he obtained a Master's Degree in business administration in 1989. He achieved an outstanding academic record and was named to Beta Gamma Sigma, a national scholastic honor in recognition of superior achievement in business and management science. Dr. Monroe has served as a consultant to several large medical practices and on various boards throughout the community including Easter Seals, Port City Medical Clinic, St. Paul's Episcopal School and Vision Rehabilitation Services, a non-profit providing eye-care to those with low vision.
Dr. Monroe enjoys playing golf in his free time. He is married to Brandly and has one son.
