Charles D. Thuss joined Aull & Monroe in May 2011 after operating his own company for fourteen years and retiring from a career as a professional hockey player. Mr. Thuss handles account administration and back-office operations while also serving as head of marketing/business development.
Chuck’s previous background as a business owner for over fourteen years makes him a valuable asset in working with our clients and meeting their
needs.
Mr. Thuss graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Health Appraisal and Enhancement and Sports Studies and a minor in coaching. He is a Registered Investment Advisor representative, having successfully passed the Series 65 examination, a Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam.
Mr. Thuss enjoys spending time with his family, watching and attending sporting events, reading, woodworking, and fitness. Mr. Thuss has been the head coach of Team USA, competing at the World Championships of inline hockey in 2003, 2010 - 2014 as well as in the World Games in 2013 . They have successfully won five gold medals and a bronze medal. In 2010, he was named Volunteer Coach of the Year by the US Olympic Committee.
Mr. Thuss is married to Jamie and they have two children.
